The WVCPN provides online access to DHHR licensed group residential facilities, emergency shelters, MR/DD facilities, and DJS Juvenile Centers database to assist a child's Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in determining what resources are available to the child.

This web service is a collaborative effort of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR), Bureau for Children and Families (BCF); the West Virginia Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety, Division of Juvenile Services (DJS); and the DHHR Licensed Facilities.

Technologies used include Microsoft Active Server Pages, Microsoft Active Server Pages.Net, Macromedia Cold Fusion, Macromedia Flash Paper, Adobe Acrobat, Extensible Hypertext Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets, and SQL Server 2000.
